Target 6: At least 30 per cent of production lands managed consistent with the conservation of plant diversity

Approximately 70% of the terrestrial area of the UK is production land, defined as areas where the primary purpose is agriculture (including horticulture) and forestry, so it is critical to the conservation of many species that this large part of the UK is managed consistent with plant diversity.
