"I'm delighted that this year's Annual Review highlights the many good things that Plantlife has achieved in this busy and challenging year.

It has been a privilege to take over as Chairman from Philip Mould OBE. I thank him for his leadership and enthusiasm. Many thanks also to Victoria Chester, our CEO, for strong leadership, to all staff for dedicated effort, to fellow Board members and to all supporters and volunteers for their contribution.

Together, we need to redouble our efforts to raise the profile of flowers and other plants in the wild. That is our task for the future."
