Our vision will take hard work for it to become a reality and we can’t do it alone.
Thank you to our thousands of members and supporters – it wouldn’t happen without you.
Your long term generosity pays for our essential core work. This regular income allows us to plan and deliver a better future for plants and fungi
Donations and gifts to appeals are an important addition to membership income, paying for essential conservation and specific projects.
Legacies allow us to do significantly more plant and fungi conservation. Gifts of any size in wills help build a long term future for wild flowers and their habitats.
The many people who give their time to help plants make a real difference. Help out in the field or in the office is immensely valuable, particularly all the work which volunteers put into providing important data through the National Plant Monitoring Scheme.
Most of our conservation work is done in partnership with others. The commitment of farmers, private individuals, agencies and partner NGOs is essential to a sustainable future for plants and fungi.
Grant givers and charitable trusts
Grants and donations from charitable trusts pay for a great deal of additional conservation. We are particularly grateful to the Heritage Lottery Fund, Natural England, Scottish Natural Heritage, Natural Resources Wales, FFC Wren, BiffaAward, the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, MAVA, Garfield Weston.
Many businesses show their commitment to the future by supporting Plantlife. Publicity, funding and practical conservation all contribute to our success.
Thank you !
