1.This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Plantlife International, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. By entering you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Plantlife International may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
4. All entries must be submitted by joining the No Mow Movement and agreeing to be contacted in the future.
5. The prize draw will run from 00.01 on 7 May 2025 to 23.59 on 31 May 2025 (the closing date) inclusive. Anyone who registered to join No Mow May before 7 May will also be included in the prize draw.
6. Plantlife International accepts no responsibility for any technical failure, malfunction or any other problem with systems or otherwise.
7. 6 winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within one week of the prize draw ending.
8. The winner will receive details of the prize which will include white t-shirt or a tote bag.
9. The winners will be notified by email within 5 days of being chosen. They will then be asked through email for a postal address which they must provide to claim their prize and any further details to ensure they can receive the prize. If a winner does not respond to Plantlife International within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be notified and Plantlife International would be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. Plantlife International reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
11. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Plantlife International reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Plantlife International control makes it necessary to do so.
12. The prizes will be sent to the winner as soon as possible after responses are received by email.
13. The decision of Plantlife International regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. Plantlife International reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Our prize draws and competitions are organised by Plantlife International of 36 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2AP, registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales under number 1059559, and in Scotland under number SC038951.
16. Entries received after the stated closing date of 31 May 2025 at 23.59 Greenwich Mean Time will not be accepted.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law, Plantlife International, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Plantlife International, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Plantlife not responsible for lost or misdelivered prizes due to an entrant’s inaccurate or improper address information. Plantlife is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, once received and in the possession of prize winner. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. Plantlife International reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
