This is entirely your decision, but the main things to consider are:
You can ask that your gift is put towards a specific geographic area of Plantlife’s work (e.g. England, Wales, Scotland or Internationally). However, it is likely that Plantlife will not receive your gift for sometime after you have made your will, so if your gift is unrestricted we can use it where it is most needed at the time.
If you would like your gift to be linked to a specific part of our work please contact us before you finalise your will, so we check that we are able to meet your wishes.
If Plantlife is a beneficiary in a will or codicil that you are administrating please contact
Sarah.Williams@plantlife.org.uk or enquiries@plantlife.org.uk and we can send you our ‘guide for executors and legal professionals dealing with an estate’ which names Plantlife as a beneficiary.
