The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are available for purchase. If the item that you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible via e-mail, telephone or letter and a refund for that specific item will be processed. This will not delay the rest of your order.

Although we aim to provide an accurate description of our products, some product specifications may vary slightly from descriptions on this website.

When you submit your order or make a donation you are allowing Plantlife to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.  Please read our Privacy Notice for more information about how we will use your data.

If you join as a member you consent to a direct debit being set up using the bank account details you supply on the form.  Direct debits set up online will be processed by Go Cardless and payment will be taken on a day of the month dependent on the time your monthly donation was set up.

If an error has been made in the payment of your direct debit by us or your bank/building society, under your bank’s direct debit guarantee scheme you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when requested to do so by Plantlife.

You can cancel a direct debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. We would be grateful if you could also let us know that you wish to cancel your regular donation.

Donation and Adopt a Gift

When you make a donation or buy an Adopt a Flower gift, unless otherwise indicated, you are making a contribution to Plantlife’s work to create a world rich in plants and fungi.  Your gift will help support work from protecting habitats and species to campaigning for policy change, and working in partnership with people. Your gift will be used in the most effective way possible to make a difference to nature.  We can only continue our conservation work through the generosity of supporters like you.

When you adopt an acre of reserve, you are making a donation to help Plantlife manage our reserves across the UK.  Your adoption will be used to support work on our reserves in the most effective way possible.  We can only continue our conservation work thanks to the difference you make.

When you adopt a reserve you are making a donation to help manage that reserve to create a world rich in plants and fungi.  Your adoption will be used at the reserve you have chosen in the most effective way possible.  If a reserve is ever over-funded then we will use surplus funds to support our other vital conservation work across our reserves network.  We can only continue our conservation work thanks to the difference you make.
